- It’s Halloween in Portland. Nick and Hank join forces with Valentina Espinosa, a mysterious detective from Albuquerque, to help find and capture the elusive suspect of a series of child abductions. As they dig more into the case, the pattern of the kidnappings resemble the Hispanic legend of “La Llorona.”
