“There’s something of a reboot this season,” says David Giuntoli, who plays Nick in the set-and-filmed-in-Portland fantasy/drama.

Giuntoli, who’s calling on a brief break from the “Grimm” shooting stages in Portland, says Nick is in for even more changes in Season 5.

“We’ve lost my mother,” Guintoli says of his alter ego. “We’ve lost Juliette. We’ve lost the trailer. And, as you’ll soon see, we lose my house.”

The new season will bring new sets, and “lockdown Nick,” Guintoli says. “Nick is basically going to be living in a bunker. I’m going to be working with the government to figure out how to get this Big Bad taken down,” i.e., “this Wesen uprising.”
